Asiya Khasnutdinova has an abundance of experience in selling high-end properties and luxury waterfront developments in Jumeirah Bay. In particular, Asiya’s speciality lies in properties in Bulgari Resort and Residences, having established excellent and trustworthy relationships with clients here. In fact, Asiya has become one of the go-to agents for everything pertaining to the beautiful waterfront development.

Born in Arkhangelsk in Russia, Asiya moved to Atlanta, GA, in 2000 as a winner of the prestigious European Future Leaders Exchange Programme. She graduated from Georgia State University with an MBA in finance and launched a successful career in finance in private banking with High Net Worth Individuals in leading investment firms. In 2012, Asiya made the transition into real estate and quickly became a top-producing realtor at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty, before moving to the UAE to join Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty more than three years ago. During her first year in Dubai, Asiya sold more than 150m+ AED in real estate.

Asiya has a passion for developing long-lasting relationships and considers trust and business referral among her greatest accomplishments. She’s an incredibly detail-oriented individual, with exceptional listening and negotiation skills. In addition to luxury real estate, Asiya thoroughly enjoys classical music and dance. She was a five-time ballroom dancing champion in North-West Russia and, in Atlanta, Asiya took part in Dancing Stars of Atlanta, a charity event benefiting the Alzheimer's Association. Not only did she raise money for the cause, but these events introduced her to many successful business owners, entrepreneurs and investors, who later became clients.
