Makhabat has been advising Russian-speaking high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals in the UAE for over a decade, having been recruited from Kazakhstan’s Central Bank in 2010 for a finance director role in Dubai.  Makhabat comes to the property industry armed with strong financial and business credentials, having recently pivoted from a CFO-type role.
